• Provider information — for service providers, your business name, category, wilaya, commune, description and the photos and offers you publish.
• Booking and request details — the messages, dates and preferences you share when you contact a provider or send a booking request.
• Communications — the content of messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
• Technical and usage data — device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed and actions taken, collected automatically to operate and secure the Platform.
• Approximate location — the wilaya (province) you select to find nearby providers. We do not collect precise GPS location unless you explicitly grant it.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account and authenticate you securely.
• Operate the Platform and connect you with providers or couples.
• Process and deliver booking requests and related notifications.
• Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
• Improve, personalise and secure the Platform and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only in these situations:

• With providers — when you send a booking request or enquiry, we share the details the provider needs to respond to you.
• With service providers — trusted companies that host our infrastructure and help us with analytics, error monitoring and notifications, acting on our instructions.
• For legal reasons — when required by law or a valid request from a competent authority, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Silla and its users.
• In a business transfer — if Silla is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Third-party services

We rely on the following third-party services, each of which processes limited data under its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics — to understand how the Platform is used.
• Sentry — to detect and diagnose technical errors.
• Pusher / Reverb — to deliver real-time notifications.
• Resend — to send transactional and contact emails.
• Our hosting and content-delivery providers — to store data and serve the Platform reliably.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your language preference and measure how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser or device settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Platform works.

Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Platform, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including encrypted connections and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

Deleting your account and data

You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing hello@silla.dz or using our Contact page. We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, except for data we must retain to meet legal obligations. Some information may remain in backups for a limited time before being securely erased.

Children's privacy

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
