Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform. By using it, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Our role

Silla is a neutral intermediary that helps couples discover and contact service providers. We are not a party to any agreement made between users and providers, we do not provide the listed services, and we do not employ or control providers. Any contract for services is concluded directly between the user and the provider.

Bookings and payments

A booking request is an invitation to connect with a provider; it does not create a binding contract until the provider confirms it. Prices, payments, deposits, cancellations and refunds are agreed and settled directly between the user and the provider, off the Platform. Silla is not responsible for these arrangements.

Providers' obligations

Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the business details, offers, photos and prices they publish, for holding any licences required to operate, and for delivering their services lawfully and as described. Providers must not publish misleading, unlawful or infringing content.

Acceptable use

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others.
• Post false, misleading, offensive or unlawful content.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or disrupt its operation.
• Use the Platform to send spam or to collect other users' data without their consent.

Content and intellectual property

The Platform — including its name, logo, design and software — is owned by Silla and protected by intellectual-property laws. You keep ownership of the content you submit, but you grant Silla a non-exclusive licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Platform. You are responsible for the content you publish and must hold the rights to share it.

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, and we do not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any provider or service listed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for any loss arising from your dealings with providers or other users, or from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Silla acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for services delivered by third parties.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Platform in a way that may harm Silla, its users or third parties. You may stop using the Platform and request deletion of your account at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any dispute relating to the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Algerian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
